module AlphaTcl (Update AlphaTcl) from the CVS (@ cvs.sourceforge.net path

S+/R mode for the
Alpha
editor family (S+/R Mode, TPM)
Note, the S+/R Mode is released as part of Alpha editor releases
available elsewhere. Here we provide only fixes for the S+/R mode.
This has become necessary since development for the last official
release has been frozen in favor of the next generation of Alpha
editors. See Read Me links for more info on this subject.
